Hakim Seems To Be Optimistic
Posted by PKIn an interview with Le Magazine, Dr Geagea sounded optimistic about the upcoming elections. Especially about the Christian elections results.
وكشف جعجع انه تم حسم الانتخابات النيابية في الكثير من المناطق، مؤكداً ان انتخابات 2009 ستكون مسيحياً مختلفة جداً عن نتائج انتخابات 2005
Also he sounded optimistic regarding the LF properties which have been taken away by the old Pro-Syrian Governments during the Syrian occupation.
LF needs to get the LBCI back before the elections. Media is a key to success for any elections.
Good Luck!

If you connect the dots
Posted by PKWho thinks that the Lebanese Army has won the battle ?
Some of you would think that the Government has won.
Others would think that it was a pure Lebanese Victory and it was done by the Lebanese Army.
How about Michel Sleiman?
isn’t he a winner too ?
Why did the battle end now?
Why did Hassan Nasrallah claim that Nahr El Bared is a red line as well as the Lebanese Army?
And if I got wider imagination, I would have got more and more questions.
All those questions listed above are dots and if you connect those dots you figure out that Nahr El bared battle has been cooked by the syrians not only for weakening the Lebanese Army nor even to cause instability and security issues in Lebanon. It was meant also to give credibility to Michel Sleiman.
Once the battle is done, he would look powerful, strong and able to act without responding to anyone not even to Hassan Nasrallah.
Now, the battle is done. The Lebanese Army claimed Victory. Michel Sleiman became Michel Sleiman the great.
What’s the next syrians step ?
Lahood spoke about it, he will name Michel Sleiman to lead a transitional Government and you know the rest.
Michel Aoun gave us an example of such scenario. The only difference this time is Aoun wasn’t 100% controllable (They didn’t give him the candy) but Sleiman is.
Remember guys, Sleiman became the leader of the Lebanese Army during the syrian occupation.
Pray for the Lebanese Army Soldiers, the martyrs and the alive among them.
Despite all the political filth, they were a great honored soldiers.
When Aoun Wants To Help
Posted by PKA woman fell to the ground, General Aoun saw what happened and rushed to help her.
He gave her a hand to stand up again, the woman was pretty grateful.
While she was thanking him, aoun looked at her and said : “Remember me during the elections”.
With a light smile the woman replied: “General, I fell down on my ass, not on my head”
Bachir is alive inside everyone of us.

F16 Falcon In The Air
Posted by PKYesterday guys, I heard an F16 Falcon passing above my house. I don’t know how to explain how it felt. The thundering sound of the plane is enough to make you pee in your pants.
I don’t know how the people of South Lebanon are handling what’s happening. What did they do to deserve the death and the destruction of their homes?
I hope in the coming days Israel will free them from Hezbollah, then they can be able to live in peacefully forever.
Aoun, Nasrallah. Very related!!!
Posted by PKDuring the war that was launched by Aoun against the syrians, Aoun promised us many times that he would have surprises for them… Then we were surprised to see Aoun leaving Lebanon while the syrian army was invading the Christian areas and killing Aouns comrades from the Lebanese Army.
Now, Nasrallah is promising us that he has many surprises against Israel (strongest Army in the Middle East).
I am expecting him to shave, dress in FUBU and head toward Syria.
What do you expect?
Pierre El Daher’s Offer
Posted by PKHe gives the LF an amount of 6,000,000 US Dollars monthly and in return Samir Geagea has no right to interfere in the business of the LBCI.
What do you say?
Deal or no Deal?
Pierre El Daher should be hanged, this is my deal.
LBCI, one of Lebanon’s leading television stations, in an unexpected move has announced its independence from the Lebanese Forces, the Christian party it has been associated with since it was founded in 1985.
As Safir newspaper reported Thursday that Pierre Daher, executive director of the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International, in a major restructuring drive declared the station’s break away from the LF and its leader Samir Geagea.
Daher reportedly called his employees for an urgent meeting during which he said that he is not ready to sacrifice the station ‘that we built with our sweat, blood and tears… to turn it into an LF station, which would no longer be for all the Lebanese and the Arabs.”
As Safir said Daher emphasized that the move was part of a plan to protect the station and ensure its continuity and professional standing.
Daher also carried out administrative changes, the paper said without giving further details.
LBCI, the first private television station in Lebanon, was founded ten years after the 1975 outbreak of the Civil War and was heavily associated with the LF.
As a result of its political affiliation, the station was often targeted by the artillery shells of factions rivaling the right-wing Christian party. Its journalists have also been subjected to violence.
The most recent attack against the station was the Sept. car bomb explosion against its leading anchorwoman May Chidiac who lost her left leg and arm in the blast.
Chidiac, who was well known as an LF sympathizer, was also a staunch critic of Syria. The attack against her was one of a string of bombings aimed at anti-Syrian figures including the Feb. 2005 blast that killed former premier Rafik Hariri.
Since its onset, LBCI rose to become one of the highest rated stations in Lebanon. It went global in 1996 when it launched the LBC Satellite channel, al Fadaiya al Lubnaniya, that broadcasts to audiences in the Arab world. It now has several channels covering Europe, North America and Australia.
The station’s regional and international outreach happened when Geagea was serving an 11-year jail sentence for crimes committed during the war.
After his release in 2005, LBCI went back to covering the LF chief prominently by assigning a journalist to stay with him at his Cedars mountain resort in north Lebanon where he chose to live out of security concerns.

Stay My Ideal Leader
Posted by PKI always looked at you not as a leader, you were always my ideal leader.
You were in pain, we prayed for you.
You were in trials, we cried for you.
You were in jail, we’ve been with you.
We’ve wait for you long time, long time…
And we know, you were always you.
I still remember well, during a trial you said that the painter has to go far few steps from his paint to see the whole picture.
Go far few steps from your surround and see the whole LF. See the people that they were ready to die for the cause, for the LF, for you.
Fair you are, and you will always be you.
Gather all the LF, stay my ideal leader, stay you…
Conversation
Posted by PKOn Thursday 6, 2006 a converstion happened between me and someone I will not mention his name but he is an LF officer. I copied and pasted the converstion below:
Me: how are you doing? hows your family and business?
Him: It’s alright but business is slow
Me: What is new in the LF
Him: Yesterday me and all the responsibles of EL Maten region had a meeting with hakim
Me: And is there anything new?
Him: He has begun to set responsibles in every region and he’s giving time now for the internal LF matters
Me: Good!, What about Elige group?
Him: There is nothing anymore called the Elige group. You are either LF or you are not. Nothing is called Elige group
Me: Alright, what about the LBC. Do we own it?
Him: I don’t know
Me: What about Al-Massira?
Him: Viviane wants Al-Massira for her. We will not let her do such thing. We will take back Al-Massira sooner or later.
Me: What about the exiled LF, their files are really very complicated. What is Hakim planning to do to let them come back to Lebanon?
Him: We can’t do anything now. We are still out of the government even if we have a minister, we have no authority.
Me: Great! What about the great loyal LF fighters as Hanna Ateek and many others. Why they are out of the LF political council? I’m seeing only ineffective people in this council.
Him: Hanna Ateek was a fighter he never used to be involved in the LF political issues
Me: But all the LF were fighters. You mean that no fighter can have an opinion anymore inside the LF? Anyway I wish you all good luck.
I wish I had only asked him about his family.
Has Anything Changed?
Posted by PKSome people talk because they want to talk.
Some people write just to show off.
Some people make signs, just to make you look at them.
Here in this blog, we’re not from like these people. (I believe)
Here, we’re writing not to ruin but to fix.
For many years I hesitated many times to write about the LF internal conflict. I was totally convinced that one day Samir Geagea would get out of prison and solve this large mess.
Now its been a few months since Samir Geagea was released from prison and nothing has been fixed or improved. One thing is very obvious, we’re not organised like we used to be. We have lack of presence in many regions in Lebanon and the LF party has no offices in the majority of places. Compared to the new Lebanese party (guess which) we’re really lagging behind. Add to this, many LF members are now out because they’ve been excluded or because Hakim didn’t give them any attention. The biggest surprise is that even with Samir Geagea out, the internal conflict still persists.
If you wanna ask why nothing has changed I will answer you by telling you that its because Samir Geagea hasn’t listened to anyone except for Sethrida’s team and he has refused to listen to the others. It seems prison might have changed him into a regular Lebanese politician.
If he’s the Hakim that we know, he has to break the ice and make the change.
